Online forms is a new technology employed by CBS Forms in order to improve your productivity and filing. With the online forms you can complete your forms online as well as print, e-mail and save them.
Whenever you fill out a form you have to sign it, wouldn't it be nice if you could just download the pdf with your signature already in it?
Well now you can!
To use
- Take a clean piece of paper,
- Sign your name on the paper.
- Using your favorite scanning software scan the signature saving it to your hard drive as a jpeg. (50 dpi).
- Go to the signatures page
- Click add new signature
- Click the browse button and find the jpg you saved in step 3
- Type in your name
- Hit save
Now your signature appears in the list and when you are filling out an online form you can pick what signature to use by selecting it in the dropdown in the signature area.
